I am excited to join the students, staff and families at George T. Daniel Elementary as your incoming principal for the 2023-24 school year.  As an educator, I bring 24 years of experience supporting students from preschool through high school.  As a principal, I believe firmly that leadership requires a commitment to building and sustaining strong relationships centered on trust and the belief that we are better together.  As your principal, I am committed to ensuring that Daniel Elementary is place where everyone belongs, everyone grows, and we all capable of achieving high expectations.  At Daniel, we will continue to be student centered, staff strong and family engaged! 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family which includes four adult children and a dog as well as hiking, biking, walking, and reading.  I also enjoy lazy days in the sunshine soaking, floating or swimming in the Salish Sea.   

I will be onsite at Daniel most of the summer preparing for the launch of the 2023-24 school year which will begin on August 23^rd.  I look forward to a great year ahead!
