About Us

Our Human Resources Operations teams support our valued employees by assisting with their employee health benefits, compensation, and records, along with payroll functions. Our operations teams work hard in supporting all of our 4,500 employees as we fulfill our mission of successfully preparing all students for their futures.

Employee Benefits

We administer the health insurance available to our employees and are proud to offer comprehensive benefit packages to over 3,000 eligible employees and their family members.

HR Generalists

We serve as the K-12 liaisons for employees and administration of each of the buildings and/or teams and are the first line of contact when an applicant applies and is hired for a position with Kent School District.
