Immunizations

  • Change in Immunization Recordkeeping

As of April 2023, Kent School District is using School Module, an online system provided by Washington State Department of Health, to manage student immunization records. Most children born and/or vaccinated in Washington State already have their information in the system. You can access your child’s immunization record at any time by

As we move to this system, you may be asked for more information about your child’s vaccination history. If your child is missing vaccines in the system, we may ask for a copy of their immunization record and may be able to assist in getting those vaccination records entered into the online system.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact your student's school nurse.
