  • Below are the windows for state and district administered assessments. Testing at schools may take place during various sections of the district approved window. Please check with the principal or teacher at your school for specific testing information for your student.

This year, ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵapp is administering the assessments listed below. Each assessment is color-coded in the calendar. Mouse over a colored box on a specific day to see which assessment will be administered. You can use the grade-level filter to see assessments given at only the elementary, middle, or high school level. Leave the filter set to all to see all assessments. Please see the Assessment Overview page for more information about each assessment and links for families to explore more.

The WIDA Screener is not listed on the calendar below because of the method of administration. Students are identified to participate in the WIDA English language proficiency screener based on the Home Language survey indicating what language is spoken at home. Students must be screened within 10 calendar days of enrollment in school, per state requirements.

  • These are the state and district approved assessment windows, during which schools can decide when to administer assessments. Testing at schools may take place during various sections of the district or state approved windows. Please check with the principal or teacher at your school for specific testing information for your student. At the beginning of each year,? our team plans and releases test windows based on several factors: state testing windows, school data cycles, reporting requirements, and building calendars. The Assessment team prioritizes instructional time by setting up systems to support a streamlined and efficient test period. We try to minimize the extent to which windows overlap to limit student and teacher testing fatigue.
